The healing powers of parsley( I will lump Chinese Parsley, also called Coriander, in this article ) isn’t lost on my family. In fact, my brother eats this delicious herb like children eat candy.   11. The Ultimate Green Power Juice

    6 large Fuji or Gala apples, quartered
    4 cups baby spinach leaves
    1 bunch of parsley
    2 inches fresh ginger, skin removed
    1 lemon

    Turn juicer on and add half of the apples. Add spinach, parsley, ginger, and remaining apples. Squeeze lemon into juice.
    Makes 2 servings about (4 1/4 Cups) depending on the size of your apples
