Deadly Delivery

The Burger King

ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE OF BK®DELIVERED RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR.

ENTER YOUR ZIP CODE TO GET STARTED!

Doing its part to drastically shorten the trip between a Whopper and a hungry mouth, Burger King announced Tuesday its new delivery service is hitting Chicago, L.A. and San Francisco. Washington D.C., Houston, TX and New York were the first major cities to get delivery service (read...heavily black populated areas). In their attempt to exterminate the black population off of the face the earth, Jewish-owned Burger King will bring the food to you if you cannot go to them. Now, that’s dedication!

I’ve written several articles on the horse-meat, dog-meat, GMO and pink-slime loving, Zionist Fast Food Chains. I’ve made it no secret that we are targeted for death and have given you ample proof of this fact. Whites know that a tired mother (or father) will come home after her 10 hour shift, plop down on the couch, look at the kitchen with disdain and call the nearest delivery service to feed her hungry children. That is why in ALL black neighbourhoods they intentionally put a fast food restaurant/chicken joint, a liquor store, a lottery store (to give you hope that you’ll escape your situation), a check cashing place, a dirty laundromat and a candy/ soda store to help us commit suicide while capitalizing off of your death.

This is all apart of their plan, remember? Eugenics. It never went away. It’s just more subtle.

As we begin to raise our vibrations and become more aware of the many ways Evil is trying to destroy On High’s Original Peoples, the European is devising ways to tempt us into that destruction. I remember when going to McDonald’s was a treat delegated for birthday’s and special occasions. I can recall with delight the excitement of the Fun House and the smell of fresh French Fries. It was never a staple in my house, just a few-times-a-year thing. We always had home-made food and fresh baked goods to eat. My mother is perhaps the greatest chef in the world and would never allow her children to fill up on fats on a regular basis.

Today, however, things have changed. Moms and dads are overworked, underpaid, stressed, depressed and too tired to fight with an oven. Calling delivery services is so much easier and faster…and they know this. Make no mistake that the decision to deliver pink slime to your door was a carefully laid out plan in the making for perhaps years…if not decades. That is how they plan for us, by the decades.

Please resist the urge to call fast food res-terror-aunts. I know what it’s like to be hungry and tired and have no energy to cook when you get home. Here’s a tip that I’ve used in the past. You’ll need 2 items:

Wall Timer

A wall timer

Crock Pot

A good reliable crock pot.

Here’s how to do this:

Since most crock pot-friendly recipes cook within a 4-6 hour time frame on low heat, if you come home at , say 6 pm, set the wall timer to be activated at 1 or 2 pm. Put all ingredients with desired seasonings into the crock pot, please follow manufacturer’s directions, cover with the lid, make sure the pot is turned ON and simply wait for the timer to “click” itself on at your desired time.

The results are fantastic!

I’ve never had a bad turnout. I’ve cooked chili in the winter, chicken breast with baby carrots and rice, potatoes with lamb…the list is endless. And it’s fresh and ready when you get home.

Please utilize these tips to keep healthy and resist temptation from those that wish you harmed.

Healthcare’s Dirty Little Secret

Feeling sick?

Have a cough?

Maybe herb tea and rest is in order and not a trip to the ER. Why? Because doctors are intentionally withholding information on your health and your prescriptions in order to get you sicker so you’ll keep coming back for more “treatment.”

When I traveled with my agency, I met almost every specialist known to man. What I never knew or suspected was an alliance between the medical doctors, the hospitals and the pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Doctors, in their greed, took bribes from Big Pharma to endorse a certain medicine that would cause other medical problems (known in the medical world as an adverse effect), and for their allegiance and silence, they are given eye-popping sums of cash, tickets to the Knicks game and even automobiles.

I remember once when I was in the south, a patient came in with a bad case of wet gangrene. Whilst examining her, I knew immediately that a line of demarcation would be in order for her…we could not save the foot. I gazed at her belly and the way the rolls a fat lapped over her pants and knew instantly that her diet was the cause of her arterial blockage. I also smelled the faint scent of tobacco in her hair. Being in the medical field for 11 years taught me to be gentle with all inquiries on a patients diet. I was shocked when she admitted, almost sheepishly, that she loves Twix bars and eats them with each meal followed by Sunkist orange soda. As if to prove her point, she reached into her pocketbook and pulled out a “fun-size” bar of Twix and offered me one.

I tried to educate with a tender voice on carbohydrates and how the body turns potatoes and rice into sugar but was interrupted by a furious surgeon. He demanded to know what gave me the right to educate his patient on proper nutrition.

He took me into the corner and, nostrils blazing, chewed me out. Stunned by his fury and needing my paycheck, I resisted the urge to scream in his face about how it was his duty to educate his patient on all aspects of good health and he was an embarrassment to the oath. He quieted down to speak to his patient on prosthetics by a manufacturer he partnered with. He never explained to her about proper eating habits nor did he request a Nutritionist to educate her. She just sat there and never asked any questions. This wasn’t the first time I witnessed a doctor intentionally withholding information from patients. In fact, the poorer and “simpler” you appear, the more information was withheld. For blacks, the treatment was atrocious. I should know. I was a patient once in my own hospital and the experience left me scarred.

At my current hospital, a doctor was arrested for Medicare fraud. He used dead patient’s social security numbers to bill for Medicare…and was successful for many years til he got greedy and got caught.

My reasons for writing this post is simple.

Blacks are at risk for diabetes, depression, drug use and abuse and high blood pressure. Living in this society where all areas of life are stacked against you and information is cleverly hidden from you, it is no wonder why we are at risk for all ailments. Knowing how to eat and using the power of herbs will save you from a doctor’s greed and negligence, a pharmaceutical company’s dishonesty and the apathy of the insurance companies. They usually work together behind the scenes to take advantage of our ignorance.

I’ve comprised a simple list of our most common ailments and their herbal counterparts. Please use them and rediscover the power of Mother Nature:

If you have:

1. Pain, instead of aspirin or Tylenol, use Cayenne Pepper or Ginger

2. Bad/ High Cholesterol, instead of Lipitor, use Garlic or Black Tea

3. High Blood Pressure, instead of Calan or Analapril, use Garlic, Green Tea, Sweet Potatoes

4. Diabetes, instead of glucophage, use Cinnamon or Garlic

5. Anxiety, instead of Zoloft or Prozac, use Peppermint or Lavender

6. Insomnia, instead of Lunesta, use Chamomile or Vanilla

Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe

I just uploaded my favourite quick ‘n easy banana bread recipe. It has been a fan favourite in my family for as long as I can remember. This super simple yet nourishing recipe boasts an almost entirely wheat recipe with dark brown sugar. The texture is a bit rougher than white flour but fills you up a lot more.

I love it warm with Natural peanut butter. My mom loves hers with just a cup of tea. I hope you’ll try it and make it apart of your family favourite recipes. Available on my Etsy site in Word document.

More Black Survival Tips

As you know, Hurricane Sandy obliteraed parts of NY, NJ, CT and PA. I had no lights or heat in the freezing PA winter for 6 days and nights. If not for my wood burning stove…

Then the PLANNED Boston attacks happened and Martial Law took effect. My ex-coworker from Auburn, MA email me to tell me that it’s finally happened: A police state has arrived in the Divided Snakes.

Martial Law Excercise in Effect

Martial Law at your front door

Planning well is the first step towards survival. It is better to have more than you need and not use it, than to need it and not have it. The other day, I went out and saw a garage sale down the street from my house. Curiosity won over and I pulled over to glance at any items I may need to stock up on.

Then I saw this:

Butterfly Stove

What’s that you ask?

It’s called a Butterfly Kerosene Stove. It’s easily assembled and is very fuel efficient. I got this little puppy used, but in great condition, for a fraction of the cost! The owner was all too happy to part with it especially since he brought a huge portable stove on wheels that runs on cooking grease. I researched this little stove and it’s amazing what it can do. I decided I needed an oven to bake muffins and biscuits and found this:

Camp Oven

It’s called a Campers Oven and it’s easily available on Ebay or Walmart. I got mine used and beat up at the Salvation Army for 7.00. I cleaned it up and coated it with a fresh coat of heat-resistant paint, you know, the kind you paint your grill with. The results? A pretty darn good-looking, almost new oven to bake my banana muffins in. I tested out the oven by toasting my homemade bread and it works very well. You just have to keep a keen eye on the oven temperature to avoid burning your baked goods. And no, my bread did not smell or taste like kerosene.

You can find the Butterfly stove on Ebay or Craigslist for super cheap. They come in 1, 2 or 3 burners and can withstand a heavy stock pot. Also, the single burner is PORTABLE and fits easily in your trunk. I tested it out all week long with FULL, heavy meals like:

Soup

Oatmeal for breakfast

Grilled chicken

Brown Rice…

and it works like a charm. Please invest in one and buy some kerosene and stock it away. When the lights no longer come on, have you thought about how you’ll eat? Or feed the kids? Another great thing about this little gem is when shit hits the fans and your neighbours see smoke coming out of your chimney and they’re freezing and HUNGRY, what will you do when they show up on your doorstep asking to come in? With this stove, not one soul will know you can cook full, hearty meals! Sometimes the best way to hide is in plain sight.

By the way, this was the meal I made on my new kerosene stove:

Vegetable Stir fry

A yummy vegetable stir fry over brown rice.

The worse time to get prepared for an event is when the event is already taking place. Please research ways of cooking that do not require electricity.

Open Discussion #13

I’ve decided to take some more time off this week and focus on my gardening and working around the house. One thing I have to do that I’ve been putting off is canning. Enjoy this open thread.

Introducing NZinga: Black is Beautiful Art and T-Shirts

C.H.U.B.B.

C.H.U.B.B. T-Shirt

http://www.infiniteeart.com/

You know, just when I think we can’t get more creative, I’m proven wrong. NZinga has given the black family inspiration that you can wear. When I contacted her about why she chose this particular brand of black ownership, she gave me an earful:

I think God has always uplifted me, it was me who got in my own way…but that’s true for a lot of us I think. I think personally for black people, in business and in life in general, we should focus more on creating more of what we say we want: black love, unity, support, fellowship, respect, etc…be what we say we want more of in the world and not focus wasted energy on what we don’t want or what disturbs or bothers us. We cannot control other people or their karma; but we can totally control ours. So that’s my opinion.
I want more black love and uplifting and positive imagery and so I want to live that and be an example of that. Nothing is by chance, accident or happen stance. Coalesce with those of like mind and be assured we will all get to where we need to be. Since I believe we all as God spirits chose to come here to learn and grow; nobody is suffering for naught.

*swoons*

We should ALL aspire to be like this beautiful, young woman. When I saw this picture:

“He’s got the whole world in his hands”

I knew I’d have to get it. Black Family, ownership is the key to freedom. Ownership is the answer to our situation. Ownership will put us on the right track for black salvation. We are the most creative beings on earth! That’s why everyone takes from us. Please support black-owned businesses and keep the dollar circulating 10, 15, 20 times!!! When you buy black and black only, the money NEVER leaves your community. We all win.

Please support this shop and all other shops I’ve listed on my blog.

Blacks and Health: The Natural Way to Heal #12

Our ancestors called Tea Tree oil “liquid gold”.

Tea Tree Antiseptic

If I were to list all the wonderful properties this “doctor in a bottle” has, I’d been typing til next week.

Our indigenous ancestors in Australia used this potent, slightly camphor-smelling tree “sap” as an antifungal and antiviral medicine for centuries. The leaves were crushed then inhaled to treat coughs and sore throats. Steamed in boiling water, the leaves made a great antiseptic wash for cuts, open wounds and other skin ailments.Tea tree oil is not just soothing and disinfecting, it is capable of penetrating into the lower skin layers with its anti-inflammatory, disinfectant and analgesic (pain-killing) properties.

Tea tree oil exhibits expectorant and balsamic characteristics, which are especially beneficial in the case of throat or chest infections, having a generally soothing and clearing (mucus-expelling) effect on the entire respiratory tract. It is also effective against head colds.

Every black household should have a bottle of this amazing sap to prevent:

Scabies

Dandruff

Infection

Sore throat (use as a gargle with 2 parts water)

Tooth pain/ infection

Acne

Psoriasis

Eczema

Cuts and bruises

Minor burns

Head lice

The smell is quite strong and it is very potent so only a drop or two is needed. Please relearn the healing properties of our ancestors medicines. Soon, we will have to rely on them for help.

Dropping Out of the System: A Tangible Way to Regain Black Freedom

They know whatever we focus on, it will become reality. It is as though we are creating THEIR reality by default alone. —— Umoja

A black reader wrote to me recently to ask me this question, “Ummm… don’t get mad, Truth, I know you’ve been talking about this for some time now, but how exactly do I drop out of this system?”

For those of you who are also wondering this same thing, this post is for you. I want everyone who reads this blog to know one thing that I’ve known my entire life. Black people throughout the diaspora have no friends, no allies and no one to call on in a time of desperate need. We are alone in this fight. Even though we love to use the term Persons of Colour, in my estimation, it is a farce. We are universally hated, universally ostracized and universally made to be the scapegoat for all huemanity. Every Coloured race has a free organization where food and supplies, even money, is given to them to help support their needs. This I know for a fact.

I’ve watched Spanish speaking Africans cook for each other, give each other bus fare and rent out a room to their brothers and sisters for as little as 20.00 a month. They understand the universal law of “taking care of their own”, something we have yet to understand. I’ve seen Asians come to this country with no money, no clothes, no food…and miraculously turn around and own a store, a restaurant and a laundromat in 5 years! What’s their secret? They understand the universal law of “taking care of their own.”

Jews in Brooklyn never speak to anyone about their business, their child’s education, their job, their whereabouts, their food, their lives nor do they feel the need to. They hold meetings at their homes and discuss matters privately. I’ve seen Indians at the park holding those same meetings where they gather around and bounce ideas off of each other. Then, miraculously 5 years later, they own a convenience store, a liquor shop, a check cashing place, a run-down motel and a spice store in your neighbourhood. And all we’re doing is standing there and asking, “What is going on?”

“What is going on” is a question that we’ve been asking for 500 years. The simple answer that we do not like to hear is this:

Every race takes care of each other and has “dropped out of the system” in one way, shape or form. EXCEPT US.

It’s really that simple.

Dropping out is one of the most difficult things you’ll ever do. Why? Because it takes 3 things:

1. Consciousness

2. Work and Effort

3. Repetition

But, it can be done! How do I know? Because I’ve met blacks who have done it (to varying degrees) and continue to do it. My “dropping out” began with not eating Chinese Food and escalated into traveling with a cooler full of homemade snacks to avoid Fast Food temptations, to making my own products and growing my own food. It may not seem like much at first glance but if you really sit and think about how much emotional, sexual, Spiritual and financial investments we give this white (and soon to be Asian) system just following a few of these tips and ideas would drastically change your life.

I do not have magic solutions.

Sorry.

The system is rigged so that everywhere you turn, you’re set up for failure. But, do not despair! Taking control of your mind and your habits is the single greatest step towards freedom. Black family, Hurricane Sandy was a test. When the lights no longer come on, what will you do? Who will you turn to? Who’s going to help the universally hated scapegoat? Who’s going to feel pity for the one race that has been propagandized to be the “problem” for this planet? Answer?

No one.

Here goes my list. It is laughably simple yet so difficult.

****************************************************************************************************

1. Stop sleeping with white people. (Ever wonder why this is always number one?)

2. Stop buying hair. Yes, that again.

26. Stop eating white sugar. (Sugar is a chemical that reacts poorly with melanin)

39. Stop separating and ostracizing other blacks by skin complexion and hair texture.

40. Learn to love your African self.

41. Leave the Divided Snakes if possible and reconnect with Africa/ The Caribbean.

41. Relearn your native language.

42. If you offend a fellow African, apologize immediately and don’t do it again.

43. Invest in a solar oven and learn to live off “the grid.”

44. Learn Aquaponics (if you have the space and means) and live “off the grid.”

45. Make your own laundry detergent.

46. If you can sew, make your own clothes.

47. Use a clothesline in your backyard (if space allows) and stop giving whites your money at the laundromat.

48. Learn a new trade: carpentry, plumbing, gardening, etc and build up a “bartering community” with other blacks (You will need this when the dollar collapses…)

49. Use your grill whenever you can to save on the electricity/ gas bill.

50. Learn to farm chickens if the space allows. (Don’t laugh but many “urban” cities will allow a small chicken coop in your backyard. Just check for permits, etc. You at least get fresh, organic eggs and endless food supply)

51. Open your own business no matter how small. We are the most creative people on earth! Use it.

52. Learn bee keeping. Sound funny? No. No bees = no food. Those of you that have the space and desire, please look into this excellent system of keeping us alive.

That’s all I can think of for now. I’m proud to say that I’ve done at least numbers:

4, 5, 6, 12, 14 etc…I’m trying to get more and more numbers under my belt by this year! At first, it’s hard. I will not lie. But then it does get easier and easier and soon, you don’t even miss it.

Can you think of any more to add to help this young woman and the black family?

My 300th Post

I realized that this post will be my 300th post! I started out my posts trying to innerstand this mad world and ended up creating something I never dreamed of: A cyber African family. I’m so grateful for all of you that have found my energy and permeated me with your insightfulness, your thoughts, your opinions, your stories, your help and your support. In the beginning I felt as if I was drowning. I was in a tumultuous spot in my life and needed an outlet. I went back to my first love, writing, and found refuge.

The funny thing about life is looking back and seeing where you came from, what sparked your change and what road you decided to travel. I was lucky. I had my awakening in a Chinese take-out restaurant and from there I couldn’t look back even if I tried. I began to notice things that I never knew were there before. Like how ALL black neighbourhoods:

Have a check cashing place

A fast food/ fried chicken joint

A liquor/ cigarette shop

A dirty laundromat

A hair care/wig shop owned by people who look nothing like us

No fresh greens/ organic food shops

A pawn shop

And a medical clinic that you would not bring your gerbil to

Jah gave me the ability to “see” past the lies, temptations and the fogginess at this precise moment because it was simply my time. I finally overstand that now. I’m grateful for the pain, the sorrow, the tears, the sleepless nights, the feelings of hopelessness because it prompted me to try and do better. Without my journey of near madness, I would have never been able to know who my enemy is, why he is here, why I am here and what needs to be done.

May I admit a secret?

A month ago, I was getting ready to go out. I glanced in the mirror and The Spirit told me to stop cutting my hair. The glance became a hard stare and I saw myself as a Ras; my head and shoulders covered with long, thick insane-looking hair cascading past my back. I almost didn’t recognize myself but it was indeed me. I saw my own vision of what I will become. I no longer question anything The Great Spirit tells me so I immediately gathered my shearers and put them in my cubby.

I’m awaiting more “instructions” from Her. As I grow, I feel more fulfilled. Funny thing is, the more I awaken from my sleep, the more I disconnect from this reality. The more I disconnect from this reality, the more I can spot the lies and half-truths and figure out why I am being mislead and how to counter it.

I hope that this journey has been/ will be fulfilling for all of you. Tell me, what have you learned from your journey into awakening? What areas do you feel you need to work on?

A Message To the Black Family

Hi guys. I’ve been super industrious. I planted so many vegetables and herbs, my mouth is watering thinking about roasting my squash, steaming my spinach and greens with garlic, onions and my seasonings. I planted rosemary, thyme, sweet basil and oregano. My peppermint, a gift from God, has already begun to pop up through the soil by itself. Yesterday while I rested my aching back and blistered hands, I sat in the sun and thought, yet again, about my vision. On Tuesday morning, The Spirit came to me and and told me in plain English…like it was a living, breathing person, a piece of information that made me sit straight up in bed and look around the room.

I know by now that it was NOT my imagination. God was giving me what I asked Her/Him for. Answers. You see, a few years ago, my senses became heightened. I could look at someone and “feel their aura.” I sensed danger, unhappiness, even despair and suicidal thoughts. I kept this to myself lest everyone think me mad. At first, I brushed it off as me being too sensitive as I suffer from mild depression. But then “it”…my feelings kept coming faster and stronger. A voice that was living inside my head was telling me things. Things that I had no damn business knowing. Like my teenage patient who came into the ER with her dad was being sexually abused by him and the mother knew and did nothing. And my co-worker who always looked like she was “on” was secretly a drug addict. Let me tell you, it was not fun.

In fact, my depression deepened as my sensations grew stronger. I don’t know how to explain it but it was as if they needed each other in order for me to function. So I did the best I could to quell it. I began to wrap my hair in a head scarf. It helped if only a little. But, I getting away from my topic at hand. I begged Jah to help me. To give me answers. Clues and exact facts of what’s to come. I meditated and prayed and nagged and nagged this poor man to please just tell me.

So one night he did.

In my dream, I saw myself asleep in my own bed. My eyes opened and I got up, walked over to the window and looked out at the dark, melanin-rich night sky. It was beautiful! Stars as bright as diamonds shining brilliantly…I was bedazzled by them. How close they seemed! As if I could touch one. Then, I AM spoke: “You wanted me to show you what’s to come? Here…” I stared into the night sky and saw the night, literally, open up. The sky parted and fire and smoke came from nowhere. It lit up the Heavens like a birthday cake littered with too many candles. I saw shadows screaming and destruction in ever corner. Death had come to huemanity.

And there I was…just standing there in my nightgown, watching it all. I awoke in terror. Tore off the comforter and sprinted into my kitchen to get some water. In my panic, I nearly tore off my hipbone on the center island not looking where I was going…too scared to look for the light switch. It was many, many minutes that my heartbeat returned back to normal and I could think. Surely it was a dream. After all, why would Jah show me such despair? Oh yeah…ask and you shall receive.

From there, I was given more visions, each one plainer and clear than the last of huemanity’s fate on earth. I stopped asking The Most High for clues. The ones He had given me were plenty and frankly I didn’t want to know anymore. Then, Tuesday morning happened. I spoke about this with my family and we decided that since I’m being watched and I have spies and enemies on my site under the pretext of being a “concerned commenter”, that I should not share this vision.

Not entirely.

I was given a name. A name that I never heard before in my life. The Holy Spirit told me where “it” came from. I looked “it” up and did some research on the internet was startled beyond belief at the plain-as-day facts about this name. Goosepimples littered my flesh as I realized what this could mean. My brother helped by giving me an article he found on the origin and some biblical references regarding “it”. Both he and I are in a state of shock. As I write this, my hands are trembling and I wish to weep for the black race. We are the most important and necessary beings in the universe. That’s why whites never killed us off during slavery.

THEY NEED US TO LIVE.

Black Family, please hear my words.

Even though some of you will no doubt claim my insanity, ignore me, brush me off and go back to your regular programming, allow me to tell you the truth as best as I know how. What I am about to say is not out of hate or anger or rage at whites. It’s the harsh truth. Many of you will NOT UNDERSTAND, NOT CARE AND WON’T KNOW WHAT TO SAY OR DO WITH THIS INFORMATION. SO YOU’LL ACT LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU THE TRUTH: YOU’LL TURN ON THEM. At this point, I really don’t care what kinds of names you call me.

Here goes:

White people were put on this planet by an alternate being to destroy it and us. They too are being used by this entity but they do not know it. Due to their innate xenophobia, this entity knows of their intense hatred, envy and fear of Dark Matter. It instills fear of white death in them and they in turn, seek to destroy the one thing that will save their lives. The biggest mistake whites made when the Ice Age was over was continuing to mate with other whites. They should have mated with us (I can see some you saying, “Are you serious, Truth?!”) to become Dark Peoples once again. But they didn’t. That was their downfall.

Now, as Mother Nature would command it, they will perish. But sadly, so will we…if we don’t wake up now! This energy looks for us and taps into our fears and insecurities about ourselves. It then manipulates us by our emotions. Remember him:

Krueger

This was NOT a tall tale or a figment of Mr. Craven’s imagination. He was telling you exactly what was going on.

Black Family, the Devil is real. It is NOT a figment of childhood folklore. It is a real force on this planet that is conjuring up real problems and tribulations for us. The war that we fight daily is not physical despite what you “see” on tel-lie-vision. It is a manufactured reality to trap you in your haze. The real war is Spiritual in nature. This entity wants your spirit, your aura, your soul. It is real. It feeds on melanin.

The only way I can think of right now to combat this is by:

1. Distancing yourself from “The System” as best as you can. What does that mean some of you may ask? If you honestly do not know the answer to that question after ALL my posts, all my explanations, all of our dialogue and all of my warnings, Matari’s warnings, Miss Pam’s warnings, Gat Turner’s warnings, Blackmystory’s warnings, Santified Brother’s warnings and Nmaat’s warnings, then there’s nothing more I can do for you at this point.

2. Mediate daily and strengthen your Spirituality. This is number one!!! I’m not speaking of religion. Religion and Spirituality are two very DIFFERENT things.

3. Know that you will die. There is no way around it. Death is not the final chapter but only the beginning.

4. As HunglikeJesus says, “Let them chips fall where they may.” He was telling the truth all along.

There’s not much more I can give you regarding “fighting” this Evil. We are out-gunned, we have no weapons of mass destruction as we are not intrinsically a destructive peoples and frankly, even if we did, we would not use them. God has given us the ability to understand at a DNA-level that the Universe and all of its creature must co-exist together in order for survival to continue. Unfortunately, not everyone understands this. Well, that’s it, my family. That’s all I can do. Please know that whatever comes, I tried my best to awaken those of us that are receptive to being awake. And know that even though I become frustrated at black people, I love you all. Good luck in your awakening.

I shall resume my planting and meditation now. Enjoy your day.

The Fantastic Mr. Rawls

Dear Truthbetold

This arrived in my mailbox from one of my black readers:

“I just had a question. I read something on your blog about this I think and I can’t find it.

I get hit on by a lot of white guys. Not so much black guys. They like the mixed girls or white girls. Not all but many. White guys seem to appreciate me more? They love my hair, skin, eyes, lips everything. They could be just trying to charm me or it could all be lies but I feel more beautiful around them. Yeah it’s a shame. Not too many black guys make me feel beautiful. It’s like they don’t like their own women (again, not all black guys). But ANYWAY, I am kind of dating this one white guy and he is very nice, a gentlemen and very open with how he feels.

I do get paranoid sometimes b/c my mom tells me about back in slavery days how they used to rape and abuse black women. She always tells me to be careful. Even now they only see us as “sexual creatures” nothing more. I remember reading something like this on your blog and hearing about it as well.

What do you think?
Maybe a good blog post as well.
I just hate being paranoid…he’s a nice guy. I just don’t want to feel like an experiment. It’s okay to be curious but I’m not a test subject.” {End letter}

Sadly, this isn’t the first black woman who has admitted to me that she felt that way. Any advice for this young lady? Any thoughts on why the younger generation is headed down this road?

Why The Black Male Must Assume His Role as Protector in the Fight for Black Liberation

As I walk down the street of my neighbourhood one day, I lock eyes with a tall, handsome black man walking with his white wife. His pants, low-slung around his buttocks and his extra-large sweatshirt and work boots gave his boyish good looks a menacing echo. He pulls her closer to him, wraps a protective arm around her waist and smiles cockily at me with beautiful white teeth as if to say, “Look what I have.” I know that smile. I’ve seen it a million times and, shockingly enough, I know why he made the gesture. The woman wore an air of arrogance about her. She too is in on the game. But for her, the ball is totally in her court. And she knows it.

Since the time of physical enslavement, the black man has been:

A stud, made to breed with any black female fecund…even his own daughter

Targeted for extermination by slave catchers…now called The Police

Dumbed down in school…if he even went to school

Experimented on and castrated

Denied proper wages to support his family…if he could find work at all

A drug pusher/ addict/ seller…Thank you CIA

A lusty, cocaine-sniffing rapist of white virginal flesh

And a killer of his own race…by ways of the FBI selling guns to young, disenfranchised men with nothing to lose.

Since writing my “Black Female Role” post, I’ve thought long and hard about what to say regarding my black man and his plight; And his plight is a delicate one. The black man, the other half of the black woman’s Spiritual complement, must resist temptation from the perils of a white dominated society where he is intentionally set up to fail and accept his role as a protector and educator of his black family unit.

Perhaps an overprotective mother and an absentee father is to blame. Perhaps it’s the white mis-education system that prepares him for prison. Perhaps it’s the drugs being administered to him in school that wets his appetite for illegal substances. Perhaps it’s the media’s depiction of him as a glorified, piece of chocolate flesh who fulfills carnal fantasies…or perhaps it’s his own disillusionment of what he’s supposed to be fighting for. The black male is born in a society trapped between wanting to be the man, husband, father and role model the Creator wants him to be and having to decide very early on in his life if those noble ambitions are worth dying for. The system and the Evil predators that formulate the system are deathly afraid of any black man who shows love for himself, love for his woman and love for his race. Add intelligence to the mix and he is automatically targeted for termination. That is why they have spent trillions of dollars turning his strength into feminine weakness via the introduction of homosexuality, his passion and fierceness into thuggery via criminality and his sexual virility into vanilla-flavoured debauchery by allowing him to indulge in destructive fantasies.

The black man, who was put on this earth for 2 reasons; to protect his most valuable asset, his woman; and to plant his seed to continue his genetic lineage, has been attacked, cajoled and removed so his task, if he chooses to accept it, is more difficult than ever. As the world awaits the black woman to rise up and assume her role, the black woman is also waiting for the black man to rise up and join her in their task for planetary leadership. She cannot be successful without his support, his love, his acceptance of her and his desire to protect her above and beyond anything else.

How can he accomplish this task?

By accepting who he is, why The Most High created him first as the Original Man and focusing his Spiritual energies on what he was made to do: Protect and love his black family by any means necessary.

Blacks and Health: A Natural Way to Heal #11

“Why should anyone die who has sage in their garden?”

Sage

That is the old adage I’ve heard for years.

Sage is apart of the mint family (yes!) and has about 900 different species to boast. The botanical name Salvia is from the Latin word  ”to save or to heal,” as in the word “salvation.” Africans have associated sage with immortality since they learned the secrets of this plant. Since roughly the 5th century B.C., Africans have used sage for a myriad of holistic and Spiritual reasons. Early medicine doctors knew that this herb could also help prevent “spasms” in the abdomen, heart and uterus and was administered to females in puberty, childbirth and menopause.

Workers and farmers were given sage to chew on while they toiled in the hot sun as it contains a “cooling agent” called phytosterols. I grow sage annually and can’t wait to harvest its leaves for its distinct flavour. Aside from enhancing the flavour of my stews, which I cook year round, sage is magnificent for:

Drying up phlegm (mucus) in your bronchial tubes (respiratory infections)

Coughing (boil the leaves and use as a gargle)

Diarrhea

Excessive perspiration

Menstrual cramps

Weaning your baby off of breast milk (it dries up mother’s milk)

Dandruff (use the leaves for tea and rinse your hair with it)

Eczema

Psoriasis

Restores colour to gray hair

Ringworm

Bacterial infections in and outside of the body

Jellyfish and spider bites

Indigestion and gas/bloating

Anxiety and Depression

The list is endless! I buy my seeds from the nursery and grow a planter-full every single year. While I toil and dig up weeds, I pinch off a few leaves to help me cool down with a tall glass of water. Please rediscover the miracle of God’s Plants. Soon, the pharmacies will close to us and we will not have easy access to synthetic medicines.

Why The Black Female is Our Last Hope For Black Liberation

“We need black women to take the lead…”   —– Jabari

I had a Spiritual awakening (yes, another one) last week. I saw our young black sisters wearing pants down to their waists, mimicking their boyfriends, and frankly, I became disgusted. I saw our sisters in Asian shops spending hundreds of dollars of rent money and food money for synthetic hair weaves and plastering ammonia and aluminum on their scalps to have the “nice hair” that will make their oppressors more comfortable. I saw our sisters in beauty shops allowing Korean women to pluck their eyebrows and attach fake, acrylic fingernails made with trace amounts of rat poison and manganese so they can have “pretty hands” because they are not happy with the hands that God gave them.

As I wandered around, I became more and more aware that the entire world is waiting for the true revolutionaries to step up to the plate and lead our revolution to freedom. The world is waiting for the one person whose strength and power is limitless. Whose love is so fierce that she will fight to the death for her family’s survival. The world is waiting for the Black Woman to realize her role in this Universe as the Earth Mother, the Creator of life and the knower and seer of all things. The Black Woman is the one who shall lead the masses.

And that’s why she is currently being destroyed.

I’ve advised you to study and understand European His-Story which is built ENTIRELY on the male principle of Yurugu. Inhale their military tactics. Study their xenophobia…even within their own clan. Understand why they are xenophobic. Study their ways of thinking and how they rise to power. Hitler made this excellent and truthful statement to one of his advisers:

“First You Get the Women, Then You’ve Got the Children, So Follow the
Men.

What is taking place in our black homes, black schools and black communities is just a facsimile of the past. Whites never change. Accept that as a fact. Stop making excuses for it. Stop looking for a “good white person” because they do not exist. All whites under their system of white supremacy have one interest only: Their own survival. Once you overstand that, then you will see that the black female is our last hope for survival.

Africans are the only true huemans on this planet. What does that mean? Simply, we have both the male and female principle that lives in all of us. That is why we can be harsh yet loving. Tough yet understanding. Swift yet forgiving. Aggressive and merciless yet soft and yielding. We are nature and soil and air and all other elements that make this planet alive. But…only the female can give life. That makes her and her alone the dominant principle. Evil knows that once the black female has been lead astray from her black man and her black family, all hopes of redemption and survival is lost. That is why she is currently being pushed through the media to date, fornicate and marry out of her race. That is why her natural looks, hair, lips, body type and colouring are under relentless attack. That is why she is being encouraged to abort her baby. Have you ever wondered why when a white woman is pregnant, not only is her pregnancy celebrated but she is revered to the highest degree of womanhood?

Open your eyes.

The black female is demoralized into being a subhuman, sexualized figure. Hitting her is encouraged. Masculinizing her is pushed through “black feminism”, which is rooted is Jewry. That is why she is being given employment opportunities and educational opportunities that were once designed for men. That is why she is being brainwashed to hate her man, her family and herself. And that is why she now sees the white man as her “intellectual partner and saviour.”

Once she has given up and begins to see the black man as her enemy, the black race will be exterminated. This is, of course, all apart of The Plan. What plan is that?

Eugenics.

Eating to Live

anybody know some good healthy food recipes to eat? i’m trying to eat healthy but don’t want to be a vegan lol.  —-  mstoogood4yall

With the black obesity pandemic reaching epic proportions, this post is looooong over due. When I traveled across this country, I found vegetarian shops, vegan shops and “raw” food shops. None were in our neighbourhoods. In fact, most of us do not know what to eat in order to live healthy lives. Since I come from farmers and my gardening is my pride and joy, Ms. Too Good, this is for you:

This recipe is super easy, tasty and cheap! I still make this and it tastes good every time:

6 cups cooked brown rice or black (but black is more expensive)

1 can black or red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup freshly diced tomatoes

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 cayenne pepper, chopped or 1/2 tsp. cayenne powder

2 tblsp olive oil

1/2 cup fresh parsley

1/2 cup scallions

cut up cooked chicken, with no fat

Place all ingredients in a wok and stir-fry til hot. Serve with fresh parsley.

Can any of you give Ms. Too Good some healthy eating recipes that you love?

Black Quotations

Dear Family,

I am writing this post to ask you for a favour.

Please contemplate an original saying or thought.

It must be:

Black oriented

Must appeal to our struggles

Must appeal to our heritage/tribe/clan

Must be have real meaning with no “catchy” phrases

Can be religious or Spiritual or Shamanistic

It cannot be:

From MLK.

From Malcolm X.

From Amos.

From Clarke.

From Welsing.

From Fuller.

Or any other black scholar.

It must be yours and your alone.

Why am I asking for this?

You’ll see…

I hope you’ll participate in this exercise. You’re going to love the results when I’m done.

Introducing Charmain Franklin: CEO of the Tambo Collection

Born in Jamaica and raised in Toronto, Canada, I founded Tambo Collection in 2006 after becoming disenfranchised with my current occupation as a Registered Nurse in Canada. I began to bead as therapy using African trade beads and natural beads. I gave these beads away as gifts and as time went by, I started selling them at events.. I convinced myself I could do it…   —- Charmain Ceo and Founder of the Tambo Collection

Cowry print dress

Back away, ladies. This dress is mine.

Ms. Franklin blew me away with her creativity and design skills and convinced me that all Africans are capable of using our natural God-given gift of imagination to build an empire. She carries headwraps, which is needed to protect our crown (chakra) from evil. She has clothing for children as well as shoes and the much coveted Mudcloth Fabric.

This business has allowed me to quit Nursing and follow my dreams. I married and moved to New York in 2012. Today I carry not only my unique fashions but I have created the unique ready-made African head wrap called Afri Wrap, a versatile head wrap for those who have trouble tying head wraps. My head wraps come with instructions and as a customer states, “it’s fool proof”. Today, my shop is a mix of African prints, trade beads, supplies and one of a kind African fashions and accessories. A true reflection of my culture and what I love.
